Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 7 (1) of the Act, the standard in subregulation (2) is prescribed.
(2) A person must not invite persons:
(a) to become members of a superannuation fund; or
(b) to begin making contributions to a superannuation fund in respect of new members;
on the basis of a prospectus (including a prospectus issued before the commencement of this regulation) after the end of 6 months after the issue of the prospectus.
