Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the Commissioner may, from time to time, determine in writing the standard indexation rate for the purposes of these Regulations.
(2) A rate determined under subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to the financial year in which it is determined or to an earlier financial year.
