Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Regulations 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 21 shall be taken to have come into operation on 1 July 1986.
(2) Regulation 10 shall be taken to have come into operation on 22 December 1986.
(3) Regulations 6 and 14 shall be taken to have come into operation on 1 July 1987.
