NATIVE TITLE (PRESCRIBED BODIES CORPORATE) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 19

    In this Part:

"applicant" means the person making a request for an opinion under subsection   6 0AC(1) of the Act.

"body corporate" means a registered native title body corporate.

"Registrar" has the meaning given by subsection   6 0AC(1) of the Act.
