The Authority may, subject to these Regulations, exempt a ship (other than a
nuclear ship) or ships (other than nuclear ships) included in a specified
class of ships from the application of any of the provisions of these
Regulations to the extent that it is satisfied that compliance with such a
provision is unreasonable or impracticable in relation to that ship or those
ships.
