Statutory visitor visas
A statutory visitor (code number 992) visa under the Migration - (1989)
- Regulations, or a Class 992 (statutory visitor) visa under the Migration
- (1993)
- Regulations, granted in respect of a non-citizen who, immediately
before 1 September 1994, was outside Australia, is taken, after 1 September
1994, to continue in force as a criminal justice entry visa under subsection
155 (1) of the amended Act.
