Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For item 3 of the table in subsection 409 (2) of the Act, the purposes mentioned in an item in the following table are specified for the person or agency specified in the item.

(2) In this regulation:
"social security law" has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 .
Note Defence Department , Defence Force , service chief , service disease and service injury are defined in section 5 of the Act.
