MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 4.35F
Prescribed period for requesting written statement For subsection 430D(4) of the Act, the prescribed period
for requesting a written statement in relation to an oral statement made by
the Tribunal under paragraph 430D(2)(a) of the Act starts when the
Tribunal makes the oral statement and ends at the end of 14 days after the day
on which the Tribunal makes the oral statement.
