MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 2.12BC

Place to which application for visa by person mentioned in paragraph 2.12BB (a), (b) or (c) is to be sent

                Despite anything in regulation 2.10, or paragraphs 1113
(3) (aa), 1205 (3) (c) and 1211 (3) (ab) of Schedule 1, relating to the place at which an application for the visa is to be made, an application by a person mentioned in paragraph 2.12BB (a), (b) or (c) for a visa mentioned in subregulation 2.07AO (3) must be made by:

                (a)    posting the application (with the correct pre‑paid postage) to the post office box address specified in a Gazette Notice for this paragraph; or

               (b)    having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified in a Gazette Notice for this paragraph.
