Despite any provision in Schedule 1, a person who is the holder
of a Subclass 450 (Resolution of Status -- Family Member (Temporary))
visa is taken to have made a valid application
for a Resolution of Status
(Residence) (Class BL) visa immediately after the person is immigration
cleared in relation to the person's first entry into Australia as the holder
of a Subclass 450 visa.
