Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIn addition to being exercisable by the Minister personally or by a delegate of the Minister, the powers and functions of the Minister under this Division are exercisable by a person who:
(a) is the holder of an office under the Act; and
(b) is authorised in writing by the Minister to exercise those powers;
and, when any of those powers or functions is exercised by such a person, that power or function is taken, for the purposes of these Regulations, to have been exercised by the Minister.
