MIGRATION REGULATIONS 1994 - REG 1.11C

    A passport is an eVisitor eligible passport if:

  (a)   it is a valid passport of a kind specified by the inister in an instrument in writing for this paragraph to be an eVisitor eligible passport; and

  (b)   the conditions   (if any) specified in the instrument are satisfied.
