MARRIAGE REGULATIONS 1963 - REG 37H

Application for registration as a marriage celebrant -- Form 12A (Act s 39D (1))

                For paragraph 39D (1) (a) of the Act, an application for registration as a marriage celebrant must be in accordance with Form 12A.
