MIGRATION AGENTS REGISTRATION APPLICATION CHARGE REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 3

    In these Regulations :

"Act" means the Migration Agents Registration Application Charge Act 1997 .

"repeat registration" has the same meaning as in the Migration Agents Regulations   1 988 .
