Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For section 140P of the Act, the Minister may waive a bar placed on the person under section 140M of the Act in accordance with the process set out in this regulation.
(2) A request from the person to the Minister to waive the bar must:
(a) be in writing; and
(b) be sent to the address specified in the notice from the Minister mentioned in regulation 2.98.
