Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For paragraphs 311C (1) (a) and 311P (1) (a) of the Act, the Authority must publish the statement in writing on the Authority's web site.
(2) For subsection 332D (2) of the Act, the Authority must remove a statement published on its web site under subregulation (1) not later than 10 years after the date of publication.
