MIGRATION AGENTS REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 3W

                For subsection 287 (3A) of the Act:

                (a)    the prescribed way is by publishing the list on the Authority's web site; and

               (b)    the prescribed period is not later than 12 months after the date of publication.
