MIGRATION AGENTS REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 3H

                For the definition of close family member in subsection 280 (7) of the Act, close family member , in relation to a person, means:

                (a)    the person's spouse; or

               (b)    a child, adopted child, parent, brother or sister of the person.
