LIFE INSURANCE REGULATIONS 1995 - REG 10.04
Division 4 of Part 10 of the Act to apply to certain life policies with modifications (Act, s 206 (3))
Division 4 of Part 10 of the Act (relating to surrender values, paid‑up
policies and non‑forfeiture of policies) applies to a class of life
policies specified in an item in Schedule 2 subject to the modifications
specified in that item.
