IMPORTED FOOD CONTROL REGULATIONS 1993 - REG 18
When is food taken to be failing food?
A particular lot of food from a batch is taken to be failing food if:
(a) 1 sample in the batch fails inspection; and
(b) the particular lot concerned has not passed inspection.
