The following class of contracts of insurance is declared to be a class of
contracts in relation to which Division 1 of Part V of the Act applies,
namely, contracts that provide insurance cover (whether or not the cover is
limited or restricted in any way) in respect of loss of or damage to the
contents of a residential building where the insured or one of the insureds is
a natural person, but does not include a contract that provides insurance
cover only or primarily in respect of specified personal effects.
