HUMAN SERVICES (MEDICARE) REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 39

  (1)   This section applies if:

  (a)   before the commencement day, the Chief Executive edicare started doing a thing under the old regulations; and

  (b)   immediately before that day, the Chief Executive edicare had not finished doing that thing.

  (2)   The Chief Executive Medicare may, on and after the commencement day, finish doing the thing under this instrument.
