HUMAN SERVICES (MEDICARE) REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 13
Receiving n otification s of start and end of careA prescribed function of the Chief Executive Medicare is to receive a notification that is required to be given to the Aged Care Secretary in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) subsection 63 - 1B(2) (responsibility relating to recording entry of new residents) of the Aged Care Act;
(b) Division 2 of Part 3 (information about home care services) of the Accountability Principles 2014 ;
(c) subsection 21G(3) (requirement to provide notice) of
the User Rights Principles 2014 .
