HEALTH INSURANCE (VOCATIONAL REGISTRATION OF GENERAL PRACTITIONERS) REGULATIONS 1989 - REG 9

         (1)   A committee called the General Practice Recognition Eligibility Committee is established.

         (2)   The Eligibility Committee consists of 5 members appointed under regulation 11.

         (3)   A member of the Appeal Committee is not eligible to be appointed to the Eligibility Committee.
