Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A request made under subregulation 3 (1) before the commencement of this regulation that has not been finalised before the commencement is taken to be a request lodged with the General Practice Recognition Eligibility Committee.
(2) An appeal made under subregulation 4 (2) before the commencement of this regulation that has not been finalised before the commencement is taken to be an appeal made to the General Practice Recognition Appeal Committee.
