Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations6.04.1 Sittings of a Full Court shall be held at the places and on the days fixed by rule of Court.
6.04.2 Sittings of a Full Court may also be held at a place and on days appointed by the Chief Justice.
6.04.3 The distinction between a Justice sitting in Court and sitting in Chambers is abolished.
6.04.4 A Justice may sit to hear and determine applications to a single Justice at the places and on the days that the Justice thinks fit.
