Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations42.11.1 When the documents mentioned in rule 42.10 have been filed, the Registrar shall appoint a time, date and place for the settling of the index of the appeal book and notify the parties.
42.11.2 The appellant shall, within 7 days of being notified of the appointment, prepare and file a draft index of the proposed contents of the appeal book.
42.11.3 The appellant shall serve the draft index on each respondent a reasonable time before the appointment to settle the index.
