Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations41.08.1 An applicant may, within 7 days of service of a respondent's summary of argument, file and serve a reply.
41.08.2 A reply shall not exceed 5 pages.
41.08.3 A reply shall be signed by a legal practitioner on behalf of the applicant or, in the case of an unrepresented applicant, by the applicant personally.
