Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations11.03.1 A warrant for the arrest or the detention or imprisonment of a person under this Part shall be addressed to the Marshal and may be issued under the hand of the Justice or presiding Justice.
11.03.2 An arrest warrant shall be in Form 5.
11.03.3 A committal warrant shall be in Form 6.
