GREAT BARRIER REEF MARINE PARK REGULATIONS 1983 - REG 101

Littering prohibited

         (1)   A person must not deposit litter in the Marine Park.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

         (2)   An offence under subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
