Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For paragraph (a) of the definition of appropriate government agency in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, each Department of the Commonwealth mentioned in Part 1 of Schedule 1 is prescribed.
(2) For paragraph (d) of the definition of appropriate government agency in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, each State or Territory authority mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 1 is prescribed.
