The Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982 were amended by the Telstra (Transition to Full Private Ownership) Act 2005 (Act No. 118, 2005) and commenced on the designated day declared under section 3 of the Act. The designated day was declared to be 24 November 2006, see F2006L03997. The amendments are incorporated in this compilation.
