FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 - REG 6.04

Court's discretion in relation to service

                Nothing in this Part affects the power of the Court:

                (a)    to authorise service of a document in a way that is not provided for in this Part; or

               (b)    to find that a document has been served; or

                (c)    to find that a document has been served on a particular day.
