Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) If a response to an application or cross‑claim seeks orders in a matter (other than the orders set out in the application) the applicant may file and serve a reply to the response in accordance with the approved form.
(2) A reply must be filed and served within 14 days of service of the response to which it relates.
