Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) A document to be filed (other than an affidavit, annexure or exhibit) must be signed by a party or by the lawyer for the party unless the nature of the document is such that signature is inappropriate.
(2) If a document (other than an affidavit) is required by these Rules to be signed, that requirement is met if a fax of the signature is attached to the document by electronic means, by, or at the direction of, the signatory.
