FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 - REG 16.08

         (1)   An order may be entered:

                (a)    under an arrangement under section 90 of the Act; or

               (b)    under the seal of the Court signed by:

                          (i)    a Federal Magistrate; or

                         (ii)    a Registrar; or

                         (iii)    an officer of the Court acting with the authority of the Chief Executive Officer.

         (2)   An order may be entered, in accordance with subrule (1):

                (a)    in the registry; or

               (b)    in court ; or

                (c)    in chambers.
