FEDERAL MAGISTRATES COURT RULES 2001 - REG 15.15

         (1)   Unless the Court directs otherwise, a party must not request the issue of more than 5 subpoenas in a proceeding.

         (2)   For this rule:

"proceeding" does not include part of a proceeding.
