Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf, on an application under section 92 of the Family Law Act for leave to intervene in a proceeding in relation to a child to whom subsection 69ZK (1) of that Act applies, the Court does not grant leave, it may adjourn the proceeding and give the Attorney‑General notice of its refusal to grant leave and of the date to which the proceeding is adjourned.
