Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations If a respondent
objects to an application being determined by the court in the absence of the
parties:
(a) the respondent
must notify the court and the other party, in writing, of the objection at
least 7 days before the date fixed for the hearing; and
(b) the parties must
attend on the first court date for the application.
Note A notice under this rule must comply with rule 24.01.
