Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations (1) On the first court
date of a child maintenance application or a child support application or
appeal, the Registrar must, if practicable, conduct a case assessment
conference.
Note The Registry Manager fixes the first court date (see
rule 4.03).
(2) If the application
or appeal is not resolved on the first court date, the Registrar may make
orders for the future conduct of the case, including the exchange of
affidavits between the parties and the listing of the case for hearing.
