Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations A person who makes an
application in relation to a child support agreement must register a copy of
the agreement with the court by filing one of the following:
(a) an affidavit
attaching the original agreement;
(b) an affidavit
attaching a copy of the agreement and stating that the copy is a true copy of
the original agreement;
(c) an affidavit
stating that the original agreement has been lost and the steps taken to
locate the agreement, and attaching a copy of a document received from the
Child Support Registrar setting out the terms of the agreement as registered
by the Child Support Agency.
