Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations (1) If, in a Response
to an Application for Divorce, a respondent objects to the jurisdiction of the
court, the respondent will not be taken to have submitted to the jurisdiction
of the court by also seeking an order that the application be dismissed on
another ground.
(2) The objection to
the jurisdiction must be determined before any other orders sought in the
Response to an Application for Divorce.
