FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 3.02

Amendment of an Application for Divorce

                An applicant may amend an Application for Divorce:

        (a)         within 14 days before the hearing; or

        (b)         within any shorter time permitted by the court or consented to by the respondent.
