Initiating Application (Family Law) or an Application for Divorce must, when
serving the application on the respondent, also serve a brochure prepared by
the court for section 12F of the Act.
Note In addition to the requirements of this rule, an
applicant who has filed an application for enforcement must serve the relevant
brochure on the respondent (see paragraph 20.11 (3) (b)).
