document by electronic communication must:
(a) include in the
filed document and each copy served on another person any details the person
knows about the location, date and time of the next court event in the matter;
and
(b) if the Registry
Manager notifies the person of the details of the next court
event — give a copy of the notice as soon as practicable to each
person on whom the document is or has been served.
