FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - REG 18.01A

Definitions

                In this Chapter:

"Deputy Registrar" means a Deputy Registrar of the Family Court of Australia.

"Registrar" means the Principal Registrar of the Family Court of Australia or a Registrar of the Family Court of Australia.
