FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 1.04

                The main purpose of these Rules is to ensure that each case is resolved in a just and timely manner at a cost to the parties and the court that is reasonable in the circumstances of the case.

Note    Section 43 of the Act sets out the principles that the court must apply when exercising its jurisdiction under the Act.
