FAMILY LAW RULES 2004 - RULE 1.03

        (1)         Chapter 1 sets out the general rules that the court may apply in all cases.

        (2)         If a rule in another Chapter conflicts with a rule in Chapter 1 of these Rules, the rule in Chapter 1 applies.
