FAMILY LAW (SUPERANNUATION) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 68
Information about small superannuation accounts interests (Act s 90XZB, s 90YZR)(1) This regulation applies in relation to a superannuation interest of a member in an account within the meaning of the Small Superannuation Accounts Act 1995 .
(2) For subsections 90XZB(3) and 90YZR(3) of the Act, the
information that must be provided to an applicant by the trustee of the plan
is a statement setting out the amount of the account balance of the
member's account at the date when the application for information is
received by the trustee.
