FAMILY LAW (SUPERANNUATION) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 25
Application of Division 4.2 (Act s 90MT)
This Division applies to a payment split under a splitting order in relation
to a superannuation interest of a member spouse that is a
percentage‑only interest.
